Coaches Corner

Coach Jendrzejewski Swimming is both a team and an individual sport. Each swimmer strives to improve his/her time in his/her individual events. If that goal is accomplished, the team as a whole, experiences success in the meets. I believe that everyone can improve and thereby feel successful on this team. Motivation is the key. I feel that it is the coaches job to motivate each swimmer, to develop his/her talent, and to encourage participation in this life-long sport. Positive experiences yield positive outcomes! Read More
